
As the 2023 Major League Soccer and Real Salt Lake season commences, the club remains steadfast in ensuring the health of our fans, players, and staff comes first. Together with the Utah Department of Health, we are implementing protocols to ensure that our facility is safe for everyone. Our Stadium is a Clear Bag only facility. For clear bags to enter the venue, they must be no larger than 14” x 14” x 6”. Fans may bring a small clutch/wallet that is no larger than 4.5" x 6.5". See the image for more details.
ADA POLICIES:
Accessible/Disabled Parking – Accessible parking spaces are available in the West Lot #1 and South Lot #2 parking lots located to the West and South of the stadium. There are a limited number of ADA stalls available and are on a first-come, first served basis. Please see map.
Gates – The West, South, and East gates are ADA accessible. The North Stairs gate is NOT ADA accessible.
Passenger Drop-Off Zone – Guests may use the passenger drop off zones located on Rimando Way on the West and North sides of the stadium.
Restrooms – All public and family restrooms are accessible for our guests with disabilities. The family restroom is located on the southeast concourse near section 5.
Service Animals – Certified service dogs for guests with disabilities are welcome at the stadium. All other animals are prohibited from entering. Only dogs recognized as service animals under titles II and III of the ADA are considered certified.
Wheelchairs – The stadium has a limited number of wheelchairs that are primarily used for First Aid purposes. For use, please locate the nearest Guest Services staff member or visit the First Aid room located on the northeast concourse near section 33. Use is for transportation only. Wheelchairs are not available for the duration of events.
Wheelchair and Companion Seating – The stadium provides wheelchair and companion seating. See Map for sections. Sections 1, 2, 4, 6, 7, 8, 12, 14, 28, 29, 32, 33, 35, 37, 202, 204, 235, 237, & Field have ADA seating. The “Field ADA” section is only accessible via the southwest elevator located on the main concourse near section 15. The 200 level ADA sections are only accessible via the east elevator located on the east side of the main concourse. Please ask a Guest Services staff member for assistance in locating the elevators. Sensory Kits: Fans with sensory needs will now have access to RSL Sensory Kits. Sensory kits are located at the East Ticket Office and the West Main Lobby of the stadium. Each Sensory Kit comes with Headphones and 3 Fidget Toys.
Quiet Space: After Kick Off, The Upper Playground located on the University of Utah Health Plaza will become a quiet space. The quiet space is available for anyone who needs a break or calm space during the match.
AMERICA FIRST PAVILION:
Opens 2 hours prior to kickoff. Offers an all-inclusive dining option for groups from 10 people and up. Reservations must be made a minimum of 2 weeks in advance by contacting Scott Reynolds at sreynolds@rsl.com or by calling 385-434-3126. It does sell out so the sooner the better. The Pavilion closes 15 minutes prior to kickoff and converts to general concession sales available to anyone inside the stadium.
AISLES:
Standing or sitting in aisles or stairs is prohibited. Guests will be asked to keep aisles and stairs clear and return to their seats.
ALCOHOL:
Alcohol sales in the general seating areas of the stadium will end at the 75-minute mark for Real Salt Lake games. Alcohol sale end times will vary for other stadium events. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcohol. Guests should be prepared to show proper identification to verify age before purchasing alcohol.
ANIMALS:
Guide, signal, and service dogs are permitted inside the stadium with fans that need their assistance. No pets or other animals are permitted.
BABY-CHANGING STATIONS:
All men’s and women’s restrooms at the stadium are equipped with baby-changing stations.
BAGS/BAG SEARCH:
CLEAR BAGS ONLY - Major League Soccer now limits the types of clear bags (including back-packs) that can be allowed inside MLS-related event. Bags must conform to the new size guidelines, and will be the subject to a search. For clear bags to enter the venue, they must be no larger than 14” x 14” x 6”. Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to: large purses, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, luggage of any kind, computer bags, camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size. The restriction does not apply to Credentialed Media, however it is recommended that all media bags are wrist-banded on entry, for easy identification during the event. Diaper bags and medical bags are permitted. Bags will be subject to search and any prohibited items will need to be disposed of. Basic baby necessities will be allowed (baby formula, baby food, bottles, etc.)
BANNERS AND SIGNS:
Banners and signs are encouraged provided they are not commercial, offensive, or in poor taste. All banners and signs are subject to approval of content and message. Banners may not obstruct the view of any guests, stadium signage, or present any safety hazards.
BICYCLE PARKING:
There are bike racks located on the north side of the stadium next to the Team Store.
BOTTLES, CANS, COOLERS:
Fans are allowed to bring in one (1) factory-sealed water bottle per person up to 32oz. All other bottles, cans, or coolers are not allowed into the stadium.
BOX OFFICE:
The stadium’s main box office is located on the West side of the stadium. The box office can help you Monday – Friday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm or on match days through halftime. The box office can be reached by calling 844-REAL-TIX (844-732-5849).
CAMERA POLICY:
Fans may bring personal, still-photo cameras to capture the special moments from their visit to the stadium. However, video cameras, monos/tripods and professional cameras/lenses are not permitted inside the stadium.
CATERING:
Picture-perfect events require a picture-perfect location. The private event space at the stadium offers a variety of options. Whether you are interested in a pre-game dining experience, corporate meeting, wedding reception or company event, Levy Restaurants and the stadium can make your events come to life. CELLULAR PHONES:
Cell phones are welcome inside the stadium. Fans are reminded, however, to make sure that their cell phone conversations are not disruptive to the others seated around them. Free WiFi is available throughout the stadium via the “RSL-Free-WIFI” network.
CHILDREN:
Children 3 and over require a valid ticket for admission. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket for admission provided they are seated on an adults lap. If you lose your child during an event at the stadium, please locate the nearest guest services staff member.

CONFETTI:
Streamers and confetti are prohibited at the stadium. Throwing objects onto the field, including streamers or confetti, is strictly prohibited by the stadium and Major League Soccer.

DRINKING FOUNTAINS:
There are multiple drinking fountains throughout the stadium, located atop Sections 1, 12, 22, and 32. *These fountains will be turned off during the matches in the colder months, to avoid freezing of pipes.
ELEVATORS:
There are three public elevators at the stadium. Two on the west side, accessed via the main entrance on the ground floor, and one on the east concourse, located atop section 3.

EVACUATION PROCEDURES:
Being prepared in an emergency is one of the most important things to remember. Familiarize yourself with the closest exit or emergency exit in your area. Families or groups should pre-designate a meeting location outside the stadium in the event that they become separated in an evacuation. If you have any questions about the nearest exit locations, please ask one of our Guest Services Staff Members for assistance. Always remember to remain calm and follow the instructions of the staff and public address announcements. For everyone’s safety please evacuate your area in an orderly manner.

FAMILY RESTROOMS:
There is one family restroom that is intended only for the use of parents with small children and fans with disabilities. The family restroom is outfitted with a baby changing station and is ADA compliant. The family restroom is located on the east concourse above section 4.
TOYOTA FAMILY SECTION:
Section 24 is the designated the Toyota family section. There is no alcohol allowed in this section.

FIRST AID:
The stadium has a First Aid Room available to assist fans throughout each event. It is located on the northeast corner of the stadium above section 34.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE:
Fans are not allowed to bring any food or beverage items inside the stadium except for one (1) factory-sealed water bottle up to 32 oz. We ask that fans either leave these items inside their vehicles or dispose of them at the security checkpoint before entering the stadium. The only exceptions are food and beverage items for infants two years of age or younger and guests with allergy or medical restrictions.
GATES:
Gates open 90 minutes prior to kickoff.
GUEST SERVICES:
The Guest Services Office is located inside of the East gates, just South of the Team Store.
LOST CHILDREN:
Children who are separated from their family or friends may be escorted by a stadium staff member to the Guest Services Office.
LOST & FOUND:
During your visit to the stadium, should you misplace an item or find something that belongs to another fan, please visit the Guest Services Office. Claim forms are available to report missing items. Fans inquiring about lost items should call the stadium at 801-727-2701. Items are held in storage for 30 days and then are donated to a local charity. Real Salt Lake and the stadium cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS:
Lost or stolen tickets can be replaced only under certain conditions. Please contact the Box Office (844-REAL-TIX) for replacement guidelines.

INTERFORM CLUB:
Fans with tickets for Ledge Boxes and Interform Club members have access to the Interform Club located at level two of the southwest corner of the stadium. Please enter the stadium through the west entrance doors and proceed to level 2. Ticket holders for this section may enter 90 minutes prior to kick-off. All Zions Bank Club Seat ticket holders are allowed access into the Interform Club at the conclusion of each Real Salt Lake match. Opening and closing times of the Interform Club are subject to change. Access into the Interform Club may vary for special events.
NOISE-MAKING DEVICES:
No plastic horns, No air horns, No whistles (drums, musical instruments, & matracas for example) are permitted.
NURSING MOTHERS:
Nursing mothers in need of private accommodations are welcome to use the family restrooms located near section 4. If a situation arises where the nursing mother and child experience any difficulties or insensitive treatment, contact a Guest Services Staff Member.
PAGING:
The public address system may not be used for paging guests. In the event of a medical emergency or special circumstance, consideration will be given to using a general page.

PASSENGER DROP-OFF:
Passengers can be dropped off on the west and north sides of the stadium. Drop-off areas can be accessed via the Stadium Ring Road entrance on 9400 South Street.
POSTPONED/CANCELLED EVENTS:
If an event is postponed or canceled, guests are advised to check the stadium and Real Salt Lake websites for further information, as well as various RSL social media channels.

RE-ENTRY POLICY:
In accordance with MLS and Real Salt Lake security procedures, fans may not exit and re-enter the stadium using the same ticket. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
RECYCLING:
The stadium encourages all fans to recycle. The recycling program at the stadium includes recycling containers on the concourse and in the suites. Please check the signage on the recycling containers to ensure you’re recycling the proper items such as plastic and aluminum. We hope all fans may follow the stadium’s recycling initiatives during their event day experience!
RESTROOMS:
Men’s, women’s, and family restrooms are located throughout the stadium. All restrooms are ADA-compliant.
SHUTTLES:
There is a shuttle service that goes from the Sandy City Hall parking lot to the north load zone of the stadium pre and post-game.
SMOKING POLICY:
The stadium is proud to be a smoke-free facility. For health, safety and comfort of all fans and staff, smoking of any kind, e-cigarettes and vaporizers are prohibited inside all areas of the stadium; including entry gates, concourses, seating areas, suites and clubs. There are no designated smoking areas in the stadium and re-entry is prohibited. Stadium guests who fail to comply with this smoking policy are subject to ejection and may lose ticket privileges.
SOLICITING AND LITERATURE:
Guests are prohibited from distributing banners, booklets, business cards, circulars, commercial advertising, flyers, folders, handbills, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, posters, stickers, or any other written, printed, and/or painted material, without written permission from the stadium management.
SOUTH STANDS:
South Goal seats are reserved for Supporter Groups. There is loud chanting, drumming, constant singing, standing, flags, and festive chaos in the South Goal stands. By purchasing a ticket in this section, you recognize and acknowledge that these elements exist in these sections.
STANDING SECTIONS:
Various areas of the stadium feature festive chaos, including but not limited to, standing, singing, flags, drums, and other activities. Section 26 (NW corner) is a recognized supporters group that does stand, chant, sing and have flags. Sections 9, 10, and 11 (South Goal) are part of the general admission seating area, portions of which are roped off to accommodate supporter groups in those areas. There is chanting, standing, singing, drums, banners, flags, and more in the South Goal; also, Section 35 is currently a non-recognized group that stands the entire game. STREAMERS:
Streamers are no longer allowed in the stadium. Thrown objects of any kind (including streamers) can result in a ban from the stadium.
STROLLERS:
Large strollers can be checked in by the east gate. Small strollers that fold up can be placed under your seat.
SUITES:
The stadium has 32 state-of-the-art suites, ranging in size from 15 seats to 35 seats. Every suite comes equipped with a TV, comfortable couches and chairs, padded leather seats for event viewing, granite countertops, and a refrigerator. Exclusive, VIP parking adjacent to the Stadium is included in each suite purchase. SUPPORTERS GROUP:
In the south goal, home of The Riot, you will be entering a place of passion, culture, and history. In this supporter section, you will experience an exciting supporter culture. There will be singing, chanting, drums, noisemakers, giant tifos, flags, scarves, and passionate language. Smoke and CO2 canons will ignite to celebrate every goal scored by the boys in claret and cobalt. Look forward to being a part of The Riot for 90+ minutes.
TAILGATING:
RSL-operated parking lots permit tailgating but restrict the use of charcoal or open fires. Please help keep the area clean by disposing of garbage.
TIFO:
All TIFOs at the stadium MUST be checked to ensure that it is not: Commercial, Political, Offensive, or In Poor Taste (as judged by the Club). Supporter Groups or SG’s who repeatedly ignore the Venue Regulation and the Fan Code of Conduct could have TIFO privileges removed. The provision for SG’s receiving exemptions (TIFO) is that: "SG’s are in good standing with both the club and the league"

TRAX:
TRAX is the local light-rail train for the Salt Lake area. Numerous UTA TRAX routes service three stations that are all within a 15-minute walk of the stadium. These include the Historic Sandy Station (at 9000 South and 200 East), the Sandy Expo Station (at 9400 South, behind Jordan Commons), and the Sandy Civic Center Station (at 10000 South, behind Jordan High School). UMBRELLAS:
Umbrellas are allowed to be brought in but may not be opened in seating areas. We recommend rain ponchos if needed.
UNIVERSITY OF UTAH HEALTH PLAZA:
Located on the east lawn of the stadium, the University of Utah Health Plaza opens 2 hours before every RSL game. It features live music/DJs, free giveaway items, mini-games, and other festival activities. Please note, your tickets will be scanned upon entry to the plaza.
WEAPONS:
No weapons of any kind are allowed into the stadium.

Wheelchair seating is available at the stadium. Please contact the box office for information.
WILL CALL:
All Will Call is located at the West Box Office and will remain open on event days (unless otherwise specified) until halftime of the event.
