ADA POLICIES:

Accessible/Disabled Parking – Accessible parking spaces are available in the West, South, and East parking lots located at the stadium. There are a limited number of ADA stalls available and are on a first-come, first served basis. Parking passes are required for these lots and are $20/game for Real Salt Lake, $15/game for Utah Royals FC and variable prices for ancillary events. Please see map.

Gates – The West, South, North, and East gates are ADA accessible. The Spanish Stairs gate is NOT ADA accessible. South Stands ADA ticketholders and Field ADA ticketholders will need to enter at the Staff Entrance located on the West side of the stadium.

Passenger Drop-Off Zone – A drop-off and pick-up zone is located in the East Parking Lot at America First Field. To enter, when driving Southbound on State Street, enter the lot just beyond the main East Entrance to the stadium. There are 2 lanes for passenger pickup and dropoff. No loitering or parking is allowed.

Restrooms – All public and family restrooms are accessible for our guests with disabilities. The family restroom is located on the southeast concourse near section 5.

Service Animals – Certified service dogs for guests with disabilities are welcome at the stadium. All other animals are prohibited from entering. Only dogs recognized as service animals under titles II and III of the ADA are considered certified.

Wheelchairs – America First Field does not lend or rent wheelchairs to patrons for events. Wheelchairs are utilized by the First Aid stand for transportation only.

Wheelchair and Companion Seating – The stadium provides wheelchair and companion seating. Sections 2, 4, 6, 7, 8, 12, 14, 26, 27, 30, 31, 35, 37, 202, 204, 235, 237, & Field have ADA seating. The “Field ADA” section is only accessible via the Staff Entrance on the West Side of the stadium. The 200 level ADA sections are only accessible via the East elevator located on the East side of the main concourse. Please ask a Guest Services staff member for assistance in locating the elevators. Sensory Kits - Fans with sensory needs will now have access to Sensory Kits. Sensory kits are located at the Guest Services Office on the East concourse of the stadium. Each Sensory Kit comes with Headphones and 3 Fidget Toys. These are available for free to be lended and returned at each event.

Quiet Space: After Kick Off, The Upper Playground located on the Plaza will become a quiet space. The quiet space is available for anyone who needs a break or calm space during the match.

AISLES and WALKWAYS:

Standing or sitting in aisles or stairs is prohibited. Walkways must be kept clear.

ALCOHOL:

Alcohol sales in the general seating areas of the stadium will end at the 75-minute mark for Real Salt Lake and Utah Royals FC games. Alcohol sale end times will vary for other stadium events.

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcohol. Guests should be prepared to show proper identification to verify age before purchasing alcohol.

ANIMALS:

Guide, signal, and service dogs are permitted inside the stadium with fans that need their assistance. No pets or other animals are permitted.

BABY-CHANGING STATIONS:

All men’s and women’s restrooms at the stadium are equipped with baby-changing stations. A family restroom is located on the East Concourse behind section 4. The Mother’s Room is located in the Guest Services Office on the East Concourse.

BAGS/BAG SEARCH:

BANNERS:

Banners and signs are encouraged provided they are not commercial, offensive, or in poor taste. All banners and signs are subject to approval. Banners may not obstruct the view of any guests, stadium signage, or present any safety hazards.

BICYCLE PARKING:

There are bike racks located on the north side of the stadium next to the North Gate and Team Store.

BOTTLES, CANS, COOLERS:

Guests are allowed to bring in one (1) factory-sealed water bottle per person up to 32oz. Reusable personal water bottles up to 32oz. are allowed, but must be proven empty upon entering the stadium. All other bottles, cans, or coolers are not allowed into the stadium.

BOX OFFICE:

The stadium’s main box office is located on the West side of the stadium. The box office is open Tuesday-Friday from 10am-4pm. On Gamedays, the box office opens 3 hours prior to kickoff through halftime. For assistance outside of these hours, please call: 844-REAL-TIX (844-732-5849).

CAMERA POLICY:

Guests may bring personal, still-photo cameras into the stadium, with lenses no longer than 4”. Video cameras, monos/tripods and professional cameras/lenses are not permitted inside the stadium. For information on how to capture content for a media outlet, please contact:

Private event spaces and Premium Clubs at the stadium offer a variety of catering options. Whether you are interested in a pre-game dining experience, corporate meeting, wedding reception or company event, Levy Restaurants and the stadium can make your events come to life. CHILDREN:

Children 3 and over require a valid ticket for admission. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket for admission provided they are seated on an adult’s lap. If you lose your child during an event at the stadium, please locate the nearest guest services staff member.

CONCESSIONS:

CONFETTI:

Streamers and confetti are prohibited at the stadium. Throwing objects onto the field, including streamers or confetti, is strictly prohibited by the stadium.

DISTRIBUTION:

Guests are prohibited from distributing banners, booklets, business cards, folders, handbills, posters, stickers, or any other written, printed, and/or painted material on property. Distribution subject to approval.

DRINKING FOUNTAINS:

There are multiple drinking fountains throughout the stadium, located atop Sections 1, 12, 22, and 32. These fountains will be turned off during the events in the colder months, to avoid freezing of pipes. Alternative water sources will be provided at these times.

ELEVATORS:

There are three public elevators at the stadium. Two on the west side, accessed via the West Entrance on the ground floor, and one on the east concourse, located atop section 3.

EVACUATION PROCEDURES:

Being prepared in an emergency is one of the most important things to remember. Familiarize yourself with the closest exit or emergency exit in your area. Families or groups should pre-designate a meeting location outside the stadium in the event that they become separated in an evacuation. If you have any questions about the nearest exit locations, please ask one of our Guest Services Staff Members for assistance. Always remember to remain calm and follow the instructions of the staff and public address announcements. For everyone’s safety please evacuate your area in an orderly manner.

Communication from the stadium during emergencies will come via PA announcement, videoboard displays, social media posts, emails, or through our fan messaging platform TITAN HST (scan the QR codes around the stadium to sign-up).

FAMILY RESTROOMS:

There is one family restroom that is intended only for the use of parents with small children and fans with disabilities. The family restroom is outfitted with a baby changing station and is ADA compliant. The family restroom is located on the east concourse above section 4.

TOYOTA FAMILY SECTION:

Section 24 is the designated the Toyota family section. There is no alcohol allowed in this section.

FAN FEEDBACK:

The best way to send feedback to the stadium is by sending an email to FanRelations@RSL.com, by calling 844-REAL-TIX, or completing the post-game survey sent via email after each match.

FESTIVITIES:

Various areas of the stadium feature festive chaos, including but not limited to, standing, singing, flags, drums, and other activities. For more information see section on Supporters Group or Standing Sections below.

FIRST AID:

The stadium has a First Aid Room available to assist fans throughout each event. It is located on the northeast corner of the stadium above section 34.

FLAGS:

Flags may be no larger than 3’ x 5’ , on plastic, uncapped, non-telescoping poles only.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE:

Fans are not allowed to bring any food or beverage items inside the stadium except for one (1) 32oz or smaller factory-sealed or personal water bottle that has been proven empty. We ask that fans either leave these items inside their vehicles or dispose of them at the security checkpoint before entering the stadium. The only exceptions are food and beverage items for infants two years of age or younger and guests with allergy or medical restrictions.

For Real Salt Lake and Utah Royals FC matches:

The Plaza gates (East and North) open 2 hours prior to kickoff.

The Spanish Stairs, West, and South Gates open 90 minutes prior to kickoff.

Gate times may vary for other events. For specific event information, please visit americafirstfield.com.

GUEST SERVICES:

The Guest Services Office is located on the East Concourse, across from the Executive Club. The Guest Services office provides amenities to fans such as assistance finding seats, lost and found claims, stroller check-in, sunscreen, earplugs, and supervises the Mother’s Room.

LOST CHILDREN:

Children who are separated from their family or friends may be escorted by a stadium staff member to the Guest Services Office.

LOST & FOUND :

During your visit to the stadium, should you misplace an item or find something that belongs to another fan, please visit the Guest Services Office. Claim forms are available to report missing items. Fans inquiring about lost items should call the stadium at 801-727-2701. Items are held in storage for 30 days and then are donated to a local charity. America First Field cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.

LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS:

Lost or stolen tickets can be replaced only under certain conditions. Please contact the Box Office (844-REAL-TIX) or visit the West Box Office for replacement guidelines.

INTERFORM CLUB:

Fans with tickets for Ledge Boxes and Interform Club members have access to the Interform Club located at level two of the southwest corner of the stadium. Please enter the stadium through the West Entrance doors and proceed to level 2. Ticket holders for this section may enter 90 minutes prior to kick-off. All Zions Bank Club Seat ticket holders are allowed access into the Interform Club at the conclusion of each Real Salt Lake and Utah Royals FC match. Opening and closing times of the Interform Club are subject to change. Access into the Interform Club may vary for special events.

NOISE-MAKING DEVICES:

Noisemakers, including, but not limited to, whistles, horns, airhorns, and musical instruments (including drums, matracas, etc.) are prohibited inside the stadium.

NURSING MOTHERS:

Nursing mothers in need of private accommodations are welcome to use the designated Mother’s Room located in the Guest Services Office on the East Concourse. The family restrooms located near section 4 is also available for the purpose. If a situation arises where the nursing mother and child experience any difficulties or insensitive treatment, contact a Guest Services Staff Member.

PAGING:

The public address system may not be used for paging guests. In the event of a medical emergency or special circumstance, consideration will be given to using a general page.

PASSENGER DROP-OFF:

A drop-off and pick-up zone is located in the East Parking Lot at America First Field. To enter, when driving Southbound on State Street, enter the lot just beyond the main East Entrance to the stadium. There are 2 lanes for passenger pickup and dropoff. No loitering or parking is allowed.

THE PAVILION:

Private Party rental space which is available on event days. Reservations must be made a minimum of 2 weeks in advance by contacting Scott Reynolds at sreynolds@rsl.com or by calling 385-434-3126.

Opens 2 hours prior to kickoff. Offers an all-inclusive dining option for groups from 10 people and up. The Pavilion closes 15 minutes prior to kickoff and converts to general concession sales available to anyone inside the stadium.

THE PLAZA:

Located on the east lawn of the stadium, the Plaza opens 2 hours before every Real Salt Lake and Utah Royals FC game. It features live music/DJs, food and beverage options, free giveaway items, mini-games, and other festival activities.

Visit the Plaza for the $5 beer garden, available to fans only during pregame activities.

POSTPONED/CANCELLED EVENTS:

If an event is postponed or canceled, guests are advised to check the America First Field and Real Salt Lake or Utah Royals FC websites for further information, as well as various social media channels.

PROHIBITED ITEMS:

RE-ENTRY POLICY:

In accordance with America First Field security procedures, guests may not exit and re-enter the stadium using the same ticket. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

RECYCLING:

The stadium encourages all fans to recycle. The recycling program at the stadium includes recycling containers on the concourse and in the suites. Please check the signage on the recycling containers to ensure you’re recycling the proper items such as plastic and aluminum.

RESTROOMS:

Men’s, women’s, and family restrooms are located throughout the stadium. All restrooms are ADA-compliant.

RIDE SHARE:

A drop-off and pick-up zone is located in the East Parking Lot at America First Field. To enter, when driving Southbound on State Street, enter the lot just beyond the main East Entrance to the stadium. There are 2 lanes for passenger pickup and dropoff. No loitering or parking is allowed.

SERVICE ANIMALS:

Certified service dogs for guests with disabilities are welcome at the stadium. All other animals are prohibited from entering.

For Real Salt Lake matches only: 

The stadium provides a free ADA-compliant shuttle service from Sandy City Hall. Pickup begins 2 hours prior to event start at the bus stop along Monroe Street, adjacent to City Hall. Passengers will get dropped off and picked up at the North Gate at America First Field. Shuttles will run for at least one hour post-event. 

At this time there are no shuttles for Utah Royals FC matches. 

Times and availability may vary for other stadium events. Shuttle times will be adjusted for extracurricular activities (i.e. fireworks) or weather delays as needed.

SMOKING POLICY:

The stadium is proud to be a smoke-free facility. For health, safety and comfort of all fans and staff, smoking of any kind, e-cigarettes and vaporizers are prohibited inside all areas of the stadium; including entry gates, concourses, seating areas, suites and clubs. There are no designated smoking areas in the stadium and re-entry is prohibited. Stadium guests who fail to comply with this smoking policy are subject to ejection and may lose ticket privileges.

SOLICITING AND LITERATURE:

Guests are prohibited from distributing banners, booklets, business cards, circulars, commercial advertising, flyers, folders, handbills, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, posters, stickers, or any other written, printed, and/or painted material, without written permission from the stadium management.

SOUTH STANDS:

For Real Salt Lake matches only: 

South Goal seats are reserved for Supporter Groups. There is loud chanting, drumming, constant singing, standing, flags, smoke, and festive chaos in the South Goal stands. By purchasing a ticket in this section, you recognize and acknowledge that these elements exist in these sections. The Safe Standing portion of the South Stands does not open until the Supporter Group march arrives to the stadium.

STANDING SECTIONS:

Various areas of the stadium feature festive chaos, including but not limited to, standing, singing, flags, drums, smoke, and other activities.

For Real Salt Lake games: 

Sections 9, 10, and 11 (South Goal) are part of the general admission seating area, portions of which are roped off to accommodate supporter groups in those areas. There is chanting, standing, singing, drums, banners, flags, smoke, and more in the South Goal.

 Section 26 (NW corner) is a recognized supporter group that does stand, chant, sing and have flags.  Section 35 is currently a non-recognized group that stands the entire game. For specific questions about potential seating areas, please contact Fan Relations at 844-REAL-TIX. If you wish to be relocated after arriving to the stadium, visit the Season Ticket Headquarters desk on the East Concourse.

STREAMERS:

Streamers are prohibited in the stadium. Thrown objects of any kind (including streamers) can result in a ban from the stadium.

STROLLERS:

Large strollers are required to be checked in at the Guest Services Office on the East Concourse. Small strollers that fold up can be placed under your seat and must not impede any walkways or aisles.

SUITES:

The stadium has 32 state-of-the-art suites, ranging in size from 15 seats to 35 seats. Every suite comes equipped with a TV, comfortable couches and chairs, padded leather seats for event viewing, granite countertops, and a refrigerator. Exclusive, VIP parking adjacent to the Stadium is included in each suite purchase. SUPPORTERS GROUP:

For Real Salt Lake matches:

  • Recognized Supporter Groups: The RioT, Salty City United, Rogue Cavaliers Brigade, Riot Brigade, La Barra Real, “Section 11” and “Section 26”

In the south goal, home of The Riot, you will be entering a place of passion, culture, and history. In this supporter section, you will experience an exciting supporter culture. There will be singing, chanting, drums and instruments, giant tifos, flags, scarves, and other festivities. Smoke and CO2 canons will ignite to celebrate every goal. TAILGATING:

America First Field parking lots permit tailgating, but restrict the use of charcoal or open fires. Please help keep the area clean by disposing of garbage.

TIFO:

TIFO’s or other overhead flags and banners are not permitted in America First Field, except for league sanctioned supporter groups. All TIFO’s are subject to approval.

SHUTTLE:

For Real Salt Lake matches only

UMBRELLAS:

Umbrellas are not allowed inside the stadium.  We recommend rain ponchos if needed.

WATER BOTTLES:

WEAPONS:

Weapons including, but not limited to, knives, switchblades, brass knuckles, pepper spray, stun guns, concealed weapons, and firearms. 

America First Field is private property and does not honor concealed weapons permits or off-duty carry.

WHEELCHAIRS:

Wheelchair seating is available at the stadium. Please contact the box office at 844-REAL-TIX for information.

WIFI:

Free WiFi is available throughout the stadium via the “RSL-Free-WIFI” network.

WILL CALL:

All Will Call is located at the West Box Office at 844-REAL-TIX and will remain open on event days (unless otherwise specified) until halftime of the event.
