The new RSL Elite Development Program is being initiated in 2024 with two clear objectives:
(1) Identification
(2) Development.
We intend to identify who the top up-and-coming young players are in the Salt Lake area, and we encourage all age-eligible players to come and try out.
Once identified, the program will include 10 training sessions led by Real Salt Lake’s MLS Next Academy Coaches and other former MLS professional players.
The focus of these sessions will be clear: technical development of the top pre-academy-aged Salt Lake City talent.
There will be 4 eligible and separate birth years in the program: 2011, 2012 2013, and 2014.
Tryout Dates will be August 24 and 25, and the program will run for ten weeks.

*Only for players who will participate in the program.
