Katie Bowen
- Born and raised in Auckland, New Zealand
- Drafted in 2016 by FC Kansas City, where she has since appeared in 34 games, and scored two goals
- Has appeared in 37 matches for the New Zealand Women’s national team, registering one goal
- Played in two of the three matches in the 2011 FIFA Women’s World Cup, and in all games during the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup
- Youngest player to represent the New Zealand WNT, getting called up to play at the 2007 FIFA Women’s U17 World Cup at 14 years old
- Played college ball at the University of North Carolina, where she appeared in 66 games, and scored one goal
- Her dad Dave is originally from England, and her mom Pippa is from New Zealand
Nicole Barnhart
- Goalkeeper
- Born in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, but was raised in Gilbertsville, Pennsylvania
- Appeared in over 108 games since her signing with FC Kansas City in 2013
- Up until 2017, Barnhart held the NWSL record for most “clean-sheets”, with ten consecutive shut out games in 2013
- Barnhart was named the 2013 NWSL goalie of the year, and won the NWSL cup in 2014 and 2015
- Had over 54 caps with the United States Women’s National team, and was a part of team USA during the 2008 and 2012 Olympic gold medal wins
- Played college soccer at the University of Stanford, where she continues to hold the school record for lowest career goals-against average (0.41)
- Barnhart was a member of the boy’s soccer team at Boyertown High school in Berks Country, Pennsylvania
- Also a high school All-American in basketball and lacrosse
Alex Arlitt
- Defender
- Hometown: Houston, TX
- Played in 11 games during her first NWSL season at FC Kansas City
- Earned her Master of Accountancy degree in December 2017
- Was a senior captain at Louisiana State University
- Arlitt scored nine goals and seven assists during her time in Baton Rouge
- Finished her college career ranked No. 3 in school history for total game appearances
- In 2015 was named CollegeSoccer360.com’s Primetime Performer of the Week and was named to TopDrawerSoccer.com Women’s National Team of the Week
- Earned a selection to the SEC All-Freshman Team in 2011
Becca Moros
- Midfielder
- Hometown: New York, NY
- Has played on multiple NWSL teams including FC Kansas City (2017, 2015), Houston Dash (2016), and Portland Thorns (2014)
- Played for Western NY Flash and Washington Freedom in the Women’s Professional Soccer league
- After the WPS folded, Moros spent two years playing for INAC Kobe Leonessa in Japan. Her team was Nadeshiko League champions in 2012 and 2013
- USWNT U-19 and U-21 experience
- Was the captain at Duke University
- All-ACC Selection 2004-2006
