“Always play to the whistle! That mantra may be Soccer 101, but it also gave RSL a much-needed three points. Now all eyes are on Yura and Petke.”

“No team in MLS needed a win coming off the break more than RSL. It took 84 minutes, but Yura Movsisyan's winner vs. Minnesota could prove the biggest of the season.”

“It says something about the state of the Western Conference that RSL’s 1–0 win over Minnesota United helps put it back in the conversation for a playoff spot. After losing their previous two games by a combined score of 11-3, RSL got a late goal from Yura Movsisyan (who continues to be given a bench role by Mike Petke) to beat the Loons. If the club is to make a run, it’ll have to continue this Saturday at San Jose.”

“It took a garbage goal against perhaps the only team that is definitively worse, but RSL grabbed the three points against Minnesota. At the end of each week, that's all that matters.”
