Real Salt Lake Youth Academy Joins Group C in 2020 Generation adidas Cup Regional Qualifiers
The Real Salt Lake Academy will kick off its 2020 Generation adidas Cup venture when its U-15 and U-17 sides visit Philadelphia for regional qualifiers this weekend. The Academy will join academies from Philadelphia Union, D.C. United, Inter Miami, New England Revolution, and New York Red Bulls in Group C of the Fall qualifiers.
RSL’s U-17s begin on Friday, October 11 when it faces host Philadelphia Union U-17s at Power Training Complex at Talen Energy Stadium at 1:00 p.m. MT before playing a New England Revolution U-17 side on Saturday, October 12 at 10:30 a.m. MT. The U-17 group will conclude on Monday after a day of rest with the Utah side facing D.C. United U-17s at 11:30 a.m. MT.
The RSL U-15 side will play its Philadelphia counterpart at the Power Training Complex at Talen Energy Stadium on Friday, October 11 with an 8:00 a.m. MT kickoff before moving on to face New England's U-15s on Saturday, October 12 at 8:00a MT. The U-15 sides will too take a day of rest on Sunday before finishing the Fall qualifiers on Monday, October 14 against D.C. United at 7:00 a.m. MT.
