What You Missed: Forward Jamal Charles made his debut for the Monarchs as a late substitution in the 82nd minute of the match after being acquired on loan from C.D.S. Vida in early August for the remainder of the 2018 season. Chandler Hoffman extended his team-leading goal count up to 11 after notching another two goals. Goalkeeper Adam Grinwis earned his first clean sheet for the club, protecting the net and holding off Los Dos in the second half for the club’s seventh shut out at Zions Bank Stadium.

With only nine games left for the Monarchs in its quest to remain Regular-Season Champions, the Monarchs will look to cap the season with strong performances both at home and on the road. The Monarchs will continue its final stretch on the road against in a midweek match with Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC on Wednesday, August 29.
