Juan Jose Arias

The Colombian center back is entering his first season with Real Salt Lake, bringing a strong winning pedigree from his time in South America. He joined Atlético Nacional in January 2023 and quickly became part of one of the club’s most successful periods in recent years. During his time with Nacional, Arias won two Colombian league titles (2021–22, 2023–24), two Colombian Super Cups (2022–23, 2024–25), and two Colombian Cups (2022–23, 2024–25). Known for his composure, physical presence, and reliability at the heart of the defense, he contributed to multiple trophy-winning campaigns. Arias brings defensive solidity and a winning mindset to RSL for its 2026 campaign.
