Dillon is returning for his fourth season in Utah, the first under an RSL contract, primarily playing with RSL’s MLS NEXT Pro side Real Monarchs. The midfielder played collegiate soccer at University of Maryland throughout his freshman and sophomore year before joining Real Monarchs. The Utah native has continued to be a key part of the Monarchs success, earning back-to-back team MVP awards. In the 2025 season, Dillon started 24 of 25 matches, recording five goals and four assists.
