HERRIMAN, Utah (Wednesday, August 29, 2018) – The United Soccer League announced today a time change to the USL Game of the Week on Wednesday, September 12 featuring Real Monarchs SLC and Saint Louis FC that will now kick off at 8:00 p.m. MT. Originally slated to kick off at 12:00 p.m. MT, the match will be carried on ESPN3 and be broadcast live from Zions Bank Stadium.

The contest could see the Monarchs match a long-standing USL regular-season record, with the club currently on an 11-game home winning streak following its victory against the LA Galaxy II this past Saturday night. The Monarchs will host San Antonio FC Monday, September 3 to try and make it 12 in a row and should it do so would have the chance to match Orlando City SC’s USL modern-era record of 13 consecutive home victories when Saint Louis visits for Week 27’s contest.
The Monarchs are back in action on Wednesday, August 29 when it visits Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC. Kick off in Colorado is set for 7:00 p.m. MT and can be seen live on ESPN+. The Monarchs currently sit atop the Western Conference with 53 points through 25 matches played in 2018.
