URFC Reserves Announce Inaugural Roster, Staff Ahead of Season Opener

26 Players Make Up Inaugural URFC Reserves Roster; Amy LePeilbet Tabbed First Head Coach for URFC Reserves

SANDY, Utah â€“ (Wednesday, May 15, 2019) –  In anticipation of today’s season opener in the Women’s Professional Soccer League against Utah Arrows SC, Utah Royals FC Reserves have announced its official roster. Utah Royals FC Reserves serves as a developmental team under the Utah Royals FC of the National Women’s Soccer League with players who are of the collegiate, post-collegiate, and international level.


Led by Head Coach Amy LePeilbet, second assistant to the Royals, the squad has 20 current collegiate athletes and six postgrad athletes. Additional coaching staff include Assistant Coach Liz Bogus, Assistant Coach Colette Smith and Goalkeeper Coach Nicole Barnhart, goalkeeper of the current Utah Royals FC side.


The first URFC Reserves match will mark the first time the reserves take the pitch since their inception back in early January. The match will kickoff at 5:15 p.m. MT at Zions Bank Stadium in Herriman, Utah.
