2019: Captained the team through 25 appearances and 23 starts. Throughout the season, Blake scored eight goals adding one assist in regular season, before making starts in all four playoff matches to score three goals and an assist, helping earn the Utah team its first USL Championship Title victory.
2018: Blake arrived at the Monarchs midway through the season on loan from Tampa Bay Rowdies and would go on to notch a goal and an assist across 23 matches and 16 starts to help lift the Utah side into a playoff appearance.
Before the Monarchs: Before joining the Monarchs in 2018, Blake made six appearances – all starts – for the Rowdies, playing 501 minutes and scoring one goal while registering two assists. Prior to his time in St. Petersburg, Blake spent time with the Jacksonville Armada and Minnesota United of the NASL.
International: Blake has earned International experience through the Scotland U-19 side, having made five appearances and scoring one goal in that time.
