We are now down to the final 24 hours before kicking off the 2017 MLS season at Rio Tinto Stadium when Real Salt Lake hosts Toronto FC at 2:30 p.m.
And that means it’s time for the No. 1 reason to come to the RioT Saturday and throughout RSL’s 13th season.
It’s you. The fans and supporters that have made Rio Tinto Stadium one of the toughest buildings in MLS for opponents to win games.

It’s the families that first came out to a game back in 2005 and haven’t left us since.
It’s the friend who is coming out to their first game on Saturday.
It’s La Barra Real. And Salt City United. And Section 35. Banging the drums and singing throughout the match – from first kick to final whistle. And beyond.

It’s the kid who idolizes players like Joao Plata and Nick Rimando and Kyle Beckerman.
And the adults that stand wide-eyed like those kids when they come by and sign a quick autograph.
It’s all of us. 20,000 strong. The ones that longtime veterans strive to play for. That first-year newcomers will look at in awe the first time they hear Believe sung to start a match. And that other clubs around the league aspire toward.

We are all in this together.
As One.
