Real Salt Lake midfielder **Pablo Ruiz**, Homegrown defender Andrew Brody, and forward Danny Musovski have been named to MLSsoccer.com's MLS Team of the Matchday for Matchday 19 following the team’s 2-1 road victory over D.C. United. Ruiz and Brody were named to the starting XI, while Musovski earned a spot on the Team of the Matchday bench.

The Argentine’s stunning 68 yard golazo on his 100th MLS appearance gave RSL the lead right before the end of the first half. Ruiz’s incredible strike is up for Goal of the Matchday (and Goal of the Year) and his overall play in our nation's capital also earned him a nomination for Player of the Matchday. Brody, who provided the assist was also crucial in helping the Club defend their lead, which was doubled when Musovski latched on to the end of an Andrés Gómez cross to score his fifth goal in all competitions this season for RSL. Real Salt Lake held on to win 2-1, continuing the Club’s recent road dominance and launching RSL up to seventh in the Western Conference standings.
This is Ruiz’s third time being named to the MLS Team of the Matchday and second time this year while this is Brody’s fourth appearance, and first since last season. For Musovski, this is the second time being named to TOTM and his first time with RSL.
