Matt Montgomery from RSL Soapbox brought us the top five updates all RSL fans should know about from over the weekend.
Corey Baird, a member of the RSL Academy family, helped lead the Stanford Cardinal to victory in the College Cup final. Stanford beat the Clemson Tigers 4-0.

Chris Schuler has been in the RSL news a lot lately. It was reported recently that Real Salt Lake GM Craig Waibel said this regarding Schuler and the Re-Entry Draft. "He is happy in Salt Lake, but from my perspective, from my seat versus his seat, I have to watch out for the club and he has to watch out for him. His history in Salt Lake makes it difficult right now for us to come to the right financial agreements. If he gets selected, there will be no hard feelings harbored."

Other key notes would include that Waibel is out and about looking for some new players to come on board this next season for RSL. And, the match on February 24 should be an exciting one against Tigres. The team just came off of winning the Liga MX Apertura Final.
