Real Salt Lake midfielder Javier Morales has won MLS Goal of the Week!
Morales won the award for his headed winner in the second half of RSL's 1-0 victory over Chivas USA last weekend, beating out goals from Philadelphia's Jack McInerney, Kansas City's Aurelien Collin, LA's Landon Donovan and Toronto's Jeremy Hall.
This is the first time that a Real Salt Lake player has taken home Goal of the Week in 2013. Forward Olmes Garcia finished second in Goal of the Week voting for Week 7.
The Claret-and-Cobalt's next game is on Saturday against LA at Rio Tinto Stadium.
