SANDY, Utah - Real Salt Lake midfielder Javier Morales is up for MLS Goal of the Week!
Morales is nominated for his brilliant goal in the first half of RSL's 3-0 win at FC Dallas on Saturday that saw him intentionally shoot through FCD defender Zach Loyd's legs and into the back of the net to give the Claret-and-Cobalt a 1-0 lead. The Argentine playmaker faces some stiff competition as he looks for his second and RSL's fifth Goal of hte Week award this year, going up against solid goals from Houston's Adam Moffat, New York's Eric Alexander, Kansas City's Claudio Bieler and Vancouver's Camilo Sanvezzo.
