Signing with the Miami Fusion alongside Beckerman in 2000, Rimando saw stints in South Florida and with D.C. United before joining RSL in 2007. Amassing 368 regular season appearances for RSL, Rimando became the first player in MLS history to reach 500 regular-season matches played while finishing his career having featured in 514.

Real Salt Lake’s captain since 2008, Beckerman joined RSL at the midway point of the 2007 season in a trade with the Colorado Rapids. A staple in the Utah community, Beckerman has been named the club’s Jordan Guernsey Humanitarian of the Year following the last three seasons. Also of note from The 25 Greatest, former RSL defender Eddie Pope was named to as one of the 25 players, seeing RSL hold three names among the league’s elite. Pope spent three seasons with the club from 2005-2007 where he appeared in 69 matches during his tenure. Pope was recognized for his contributions to D.C. United where he played from 1996 to 2002 with his golden goal in 1996 MLS Cup Final marking his historic contribution to Major League Soccer.
