The Utah Royals Elite Development Program (EDP) is built around two core objectives:

(1) Player Identification

(2) Player Development

We invite all age-eligible players to attend tryouts and showcase their talent.

Program Overview

• 8-week training program

• Led by Utah Royals staff, Real Salt Lake Academy coaches, and former professional players and coaches

• Designed to identify and develop the top aspiring players in Utah while providing a professional training environment

• Four eligible age groups: U11, U12, U13, U14 (Field Players & Goalkeepers)

• Most sessions will be held on Sunday afternoons

• Location: Zions Bank Training Center

• Opportunity to train in a professional environment where the Utah Royals and Real Salt Lake teams train

• Instruction from first-team, academy, and elite youth coaches

Tryout Information

• Dates: August 16, 23 & 30
• Tryout Fee: $100
• Eligibility: Open to players residing anywhere

Program Cost

• Training Fee: $600 for 8 sessions
