Tyler Gray’s recent article on MLSsoccer.com has really brought eyes and attention to a growing star, Jordan Allen.

Allen is only 20 years old and has a soccer resume much like a veteran. Originally from Rochester, New York, he quickly left for Florida to start more intense development. After that, he made the connection to RSL and began with RSL’s Arizona academy team.

While building a strong relationship with Monarch’s Head Coach, Freddy Juarez, Allen went on to play for a quick semester with University of Virginia’s team.  And on December 31, 2013, he signed his first team contract.

Since then, he has gone to New Zealand in the US jersey playing in the U20 World Cup and wears the RSL jersey on a regular basis. Simply put, we can expect major things from thing young man.
