Lacasse joins Utah Royals after playing one season with Arsenal FC in the WSL. She appeared in 19 matches for the Gunners notching three goals and two assists. She comes off her participation in the 2024 Paris Olympics after being selected to represent Team Canada. Her selection to the Olympic team marks her second major tournament after playing in the 2023 Women’s World Cup in Australia, New Zealand. In her 37 international appearances she has scored 6 times, most recently in the opening match of the Olympics helping Canada secure a 2-1 win over New Zealand. Lacasse burst onto the NWSL scene scoring the lone NWSL hat-trick of the 2024 season and the first hat-trick in club history with three goals in the first half against Seattle Reign. The URFC golden boot winner’s (4 goals) season ended a week early after a collision with _ rupturing her ACL. Lacasse’s 2025 season will start rehabbing with the hopes of finding the pitch later in the season.
