RSL Quick Kicks
- After getting into the Los Angeles area in the early afternoon, the 18-man RSL travel party will go through one final practice in preparation for the season opener this afternoon on the ground of The Home Depot Center. Some encouraging news on the injury front has allowed MF Javier Morales and FW Álvaro Saborío to be a part of the travel roster for tomorrow night’s affair against the Galaxy – RSL’s full injury report will be included on the league’s official Friday rundown, which will be available early this evening in the “News” section of MLSsoccer.com.
- Real Salt Lake invites its fans to a pair of official Budweiser/RSL Viewing Parties for tomorrow night’s season opener against the LA Galaxy, as Dick N’ Dixie’s (479 East, 300 South; age 21+) and Bourbon House (19 East, 200 South) will both welcome members of “RSL Nation” with open arms and giveaways, beginning when the ABC4 Pre-game Show kicks off at 8:00 p.m.
- For fans that need to start their interaction with fellow Claret-and-Cobalt faithful a little earlier on Saturday, the RSL Team Store at Rio Tinto Stadium will be the place to be starting at 10:00 a.m. MT, when giveaways will be issued to the first 50 fans through the doors. The fun ramps up from 1:00-4:00 p.m. during the “Road Game Rowdie” event, featuring merchandise specials, stadium tours and photo-ops, refreshments provided by Levy Restaurants, live music from DJ Sayo and much more!
