Career Summary
After spending the better part of three years languishing on the bench in Chicago, Watson-Siriboe received a much-needed career reboot in June 2012 when RSL acquired him via trade with the Fire.
Watson-Siriboe was having a productive 2013 season for the Claret-and-Cobalt before going down for the season last June due to a torn ACL suffered in a Reserve League match at USL-Pro side Phoenix FC. The fourth-year center back appeared in seven games for Real Salt Lake – all starts – before suffering his injury, capably manning his post in the middle of back line before getting hurt.
Watson-Siriboe had a successful first season with RSL in 2012, as the UConn product played well in 12 league games and started 10 in fill-in duty for injured center backs. The California native will hope to return to full fitness and gain opportunities to showcase his defensive prowess for RSL in 2014.
