The AFCU Changemaker for Friday, September 19th is Kya Newton. Kya comes to us from Utah Avalanche Soccer Club. Currently a senior at Olympus High School, Kya is already a three-time, first-team All-State Girls Soccer selection, a two-time region MVP and she has also garnered an offensive player of the year award. Her sixty goals and thirty-two assists helped her team to three region championships. In her free time, Kya enjoys camping, fishing, and hanging out with friends. After graduation, she will head up to Logan to play soccer at Utah State University. Congratulations, Kya Newton!
