Player or Mascot Request Form

Each year, Real Salt Lake and Utah Royals players, coaches, and staff dedicate time to community and corporate events. While RSL and URFC strive to accommodate all requests, player availability is limited due to training, travel, and match schedules.

To inquire about potential appearances, please submit a request.
