SANDY, Utah (Wednesday, February 19, 2020) – Utah Royals FCdefender Rachel Corsie has been named to the Scotland roster for the 2020 Pinatar Cup, marking her first time to represent her home country this year.
Scotland will begin the tournament on Wednesday, March 4 against Ukraine. They will then face Iceland and Utah Royals FC teammate Gunny Jonsdottir on Saturday, March 7. Scotland will conclude the tournament on Tuesday, March 10 against Northern Ireland.
Corsie is the third-highest capped player on the roster with 114 appearances for Scotland, scoring 16 goals for her country. This past year in her second season in Utah Corsie appeared in 19 matches and scored one goal.
