Real Monarchs SLC (8-6-3, 27 points); El Paso Locomotive FC (7-4-7, 28 points)

Player to Watch ā€“ Goalkeeper Logan Ketterer has proven to be a strong presence between the pipes for El Paso Locomotives FC in its inaugural season. The 25-year-old has tallied eight clean sheets, sitting 4th in the league after making 34 saves so far this season. Despite the recent run of form for the Locos, Ketterer has limited the damage by registering 15 saves within the last five matches and will be a player to watch when the Monarchs visit on Saturday.

History ā€“ Real Monarchs SLC and Locomotive FC have met just once before when the Monarchs hosted the expansion side in early March at Zions Bank Stadium. The two sides played to a scoreless draw after GK David Ochoa kept the clean sheet with nine saves on the night. With nothing separating two, the Monarchs makes its first visit to Southwest University Park to search for an edge over the Locos.

Last Five ā€“ El Paso Locomotive FC has hit a rough patch within its last five games with a record of 1-2-2. After picking up a 2-0 win on the road against Tulsa Roughnecks FC, the Locos went on to go level against San Antonio FC and OKC Energy FC, while falling to Las Vegas Lights FC and Fresno FC. As El Paso looks to pick up its first win since mid-June, it will play a Monarchs side that will be aiming to extend its current win-streak to six.
