On-loan Real Salt Lake goalkeeper Jeff Attinella was named to the NASL Team of the Week on Wednesday.
Sent on a short-term loan to the second-division Ft. Lauderdale Strikers last Wednesday, Attinella was named to the Team of the Week for his solid performance in the Strikers' 2-1 home win over Minnesota United FC. Attinella made six saves in the game - including five in the second half - to help the 10-man Strikers to their first victory of the season.
Attinella and Ft. Lauderdale return to action this Saturday, travelling to Texas to take on the San Antonio Scorpions.
