Real Salt Lake fans invite one and all to attend the 7th Annual “Gravy Bowl” RSL Supporters Pick-up Game and Food Drive, benefitting the Utah Food Bank.

Long-time “Claret-and-Cobalt Crazies” and one of the team’s newest supporters groups, the “RUSS” (Real Salt Lake University of Utah Supporters Section), are combining forces to promote the traditional event that forgoes football for futbol, taking place on Thanksgiving Day at theCottonwood Heights Recreation Center. As always, the Gravy Bowl will take place during the morning – 9:00 am through 12:30 pm – to give folks plenty of time to tire themselves out before the turkey has its chance to do the same in the afternoon!

While the Gravy Bowl event is free, all attendees are asked to bring canned food and other non-perishable food items to donate to the Utah Food Bank. While no RSVP is necessary, people planning on coming out to play are encouraged to visit the event’s Facebook Event Page and “JOIN” to let organizers know an approximate number of fans that will be attending.
