Real Salt Lake represents MLS tonight when it faces off against Costa Rican side Deportivo Saprissa in the second leg of a CONCACAF Champions League semifinal (8:00 p.m. MT, Fox Soccer & TeleFutura).
RSL holds a 2-0 edge over the Purple Monster, but it takes that advantage into one of the more hostile atmospheres in all of the CONCACAF region. The "Monster's Cave," as Saprissa's home is known, will surely make life difficult for the traveling MLSers. The prize for advancing from the semifinals? A championship date against either Monterrey or Cruz Azul, who complete their all-Mexican semifinal series tomorrow night.
