2019-2020 RSL Academy: The Mesa, Arizona native played matches in the midfield for the U-14s, U-15s and U-16/17s, scoring four goals in 17 appearances.

2019: Benitez has two appearances for the United States U-15 National Team. He was a part of the squad that journeyed to Poland for the U-15 UEFA Development Tournament, facing Poland, Russia and Iceland.
