A letter to RSL Nation from CBO Andy Carroll

RSL Fans & Royalty Members:
On behalf of the entire Real Salt Lake organization, I want to thank you for your continued and fantastic support of our team. We are always appreciative of your dedication and passion, and will never take that for granted!
With that sentiment in mind, here is what you can expect for tomorrow's 7:30p MT kick v. LA Galaxy:
1) New state-of-the-art scanners will improve and expedite the Flashseats experience upon entry;
2) Opening all gates combined with ongoing training of our CSC security personnel to achieve expediency and efficiency while still upholding the necessary safety protocols for large-scale events;
3) Mandating our concessionaire partners to provide expediency and efficiency to minimize all preventable lines.
As a reminder, please review the MLS "clear bag" security policy implemented last June (click here:
http://riotintostadium.com/guide/
) and allow yourself extra time to get to your seat. Just so you are aware, traffic around the Stadium will experience additional congestion due to the International Sportsmen's Expo event at the South Town Expo Center nearby.
Rio Tinto Stadium has undergone massive improvements in recent years, all aimed at enhancing your gameday experience. The video boards, solar panels, premium/hospitality areas, and a revamped Carnival Real on the East Lawn all are aimed at adding value to your entertainment while keeping your ticket price down.
Your cooperation will help us all manage circumstances outside our control, and collectively create an experience commensurate with the dominant home-field advantage you have created for our club!
Please feel free to contact me at any time with additional ideas, concerns, and comments.
Sincerely,
Andy Carroll
