“Emblematic of a new era, or a one-off in what we'll charitably term "unusual" conditions? RSL fans will obviously hope for the latter, but we're reserving our right to reserve judgement until we can get a few more data points.”

“The snow game. You have to love snow games, the oranges balls brought out, it doesn’t matter what it was. Whether it was tactically very good it was fun to watch. Offensively they created a ton of chances in the first half, in the second half, it could’ve been a lot worse for Vancouver.”

“Real Salt Lake embraced the elements on Saturday, making the USA vs. Costa Rica to turn around their fortunes in a Rocky Mountain snow storm. Albert Rusnak, Yura Movsisyan and Luke Mulholland did the honors, while Luis Silva provided the highlight of the night with a snowball throw at an opponent. Whatever it takes.”
