SuperDraft: Still Talent Available in the Third and Fourth Rounds

RSL SuperDraft Table

Forty one picks down, forty more to go.

The MLS SuperDraft resumes on Tuesday with the third and fourth rounds taking place over a conference call and there are still players to be had.  Real Salt Lake holds the fifth pick in each round (46th and 66th overall) as well as an additional fourth round pick (65th overall) acquired from New York City FC to complete the trade for Kwame Watson-Siriboe.

“I think in the next two rounds we’re going to find out which clubs really liked what players and who they watched the most,” RSL General Manager Craig Waibel said.  “We’ve still got some guys on our list that we’re really interested in – guys that have shown sparks or a little bit here and there.  We’re trying to evaluate that and we’ll get it taken care of.”
