MLSsoccer.com: Allen seizes opportunity with RSL

Jordan Allen

Jordan Allen wears many hats for Real Salt Lake and has appeared as a forward, midfielder and defender at different stages this season.  His ability to read the game and his physical talents allow for a smooth transition from one area of the field to another, from one game to the next.

He announced his arrival in MLS on March 29 with the game-winning goal against Toronto FC in a nationally-televised match and has since added two assists while playing in varying roles on in Jeff Cassar’s 4-3-3 formation.  On Tuesday, the 20-year-old RSL-Arizona Academy alum was featured on MLSsoccer.com, profiling the young phenom during a season that has seen RSL play young standouts like Justen Glad and Sebastian Saucedo while all three have balanced club and international duties with U.S. Youth National teams.
