SANDY, Utah - Real Salt Lake Captain Kyle Beckerman will participate in a Fan Forum at Rio Tinto Stadium this Friday, answering questions from fans for approximately 20-30 minutes immediately after practice.
The Fan Forum is free and open to the public, with fans encouraged to attend Friday’s 11 a.m. practice and congregate in Section 18 immediately following training for the Forum.
Fans attending the Friday Fan Forum can park for free in the west parking lot at Rio Tinto Stadium.
RSL will hold Fan Forums the day before every remaining 2013 regular season home match. Notable players scheduled to appear at Fan Forums include goalkeeper Nick Rimando, midfielder Javier Morales and defenders Nat Borchers, Tony Beltran and Chris Wingert. Midfielder Sebastian Velasquez is scheduled to participate in the next Fan Forum on Friday, May 24 ahead of RSL’s May 25 home match against the Chicago Fire.
Real Salt Lake will take on Western Conference foe Vancouver Whitecaps FC at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday at Rio Tinto Stadium. The Claret-and-Cobalt will host Star Wars Day at Rio Tinto Stadium on Saturday, with fans encouraged to arrive in their best Star Wars costume for a night full of interactive games, costumed characters and special promotions. Ticket sales representatives will be on hand at Friday’s Fan Forum for fans interested in purchasing tickets to Saturday’s “May the 4th be with you” match.
