- Real Salt Lake would like to congratulate the RSL-Arizona Academy, which had six players named to Top Drawer Soccer’s Top 100 Players to Watch for the Class of 2013 (current U-17 designation). The six players – Jordan Allen, Andrew Brody, Ive Burnett, Isaias Juarez, Benjamin Lopez and Jose Navarro – represent the biggest group from any of the 78 members of the US Soccer Development Academy system.
- Real Salt Lake will again go split-squad style for today’s 11:00 a.m. training session, as the reserve side that fell 1-3 at FC Dallas last night in both teams’ 2012 MLS Reserve League opener will travel back to Salt Lake City this afternoon.
- “Real Week 2012” rolls on this Wednesday with a continuation of the “RSL Office Drop-ins” throughout the afternoon (facilitated via RSL’s Facebook Fan Page) and this evening’s Supporters vs. Staff game at the United Soccer Center in Sandy.
