SUPPORTERS’ SHIELD RACE
LA will finish WEST #1, RSL will finish WEST #2
• If LA defeats DAL
• If RSL loses to COL
• If LA ties DAL AND RSL ties or loses to COL
RSL will finish WEST #1, LA will finish WEST #2
• If RSL defeats COL AND LA ties or loses to DAL
• If RSL ties COL AND LA loses to DAL
MLS CUP PLAYOFF SEEDINGS
DAL will finish WEST #3
• If DAL defeats LA
• If DAL ties LA AND SEA ties or loses to HOU
SEA will finish WEST #3, DAL will finish WEST #4
• If SEA defeats HOU AND DAL loses to LA
• If SEA defeats HOU by 11 goals or more AND DAL ties LA
SJ will finish WEST #4, SEA will finish WEST #5 (EAST #3)
•If SJ defeats KC by 2 goals or more AND SEA ties HOU
SJ will finish WEST #4, COL will finish WEST #5 (EAST #3), SEA will finish WEST #6 (EAST #4)
• If SJ defeats KC AND SEA loses to HOU
COL will finish WEST #4
• If COL defeats RSL AND SEA loses to HOU AND
SJ ties or loses to KC:
If SEA loses by 2 goals or more AND SJ ties: SJ WEST #5 (EAST #3), SEA WEST #6 (EAST #4)
If SEA loses by 1 goal AND
SJ ties: WEST #5 (EAST #3) on total goals
If SEA loses AND
SJ loses: SEA WEST #5 (EAST #3), SJ WEST #6 (EAST #4)
SEA will finish WEST #4, COL will finish WEST #5 (EAST #3), SJ will finish WEST #6 (EAST #4)
• If SEA ties or defeats HOU AND COL defeats RSL AND SJ ties or loses to KC
• If COL ties RSL AND SJ loses to KC
