Argentina Runs Amok on Canucks

For those Will Johnson fans in the house (and who’s not, really?) we’ve got some good and some bad news to report from the Canadian National Team’s first-ever meeting with Argentina from earlier today …

GOOD NEWS: Young Mr. Johnson earned his 11th cap as a member of the Maple Leafs’ starting XI and ended up going the distance, getting 90 minutes of invaluable experience against a soccer powerhouse and some of the world’s most talented players.

BAD NEWS: Canada saw just how talented Argentina can be at the Estadio Monumental Antonio Liberti, as the Albicelestes cruised to a 5-0 result over the out-gunned CONCACAF’ers.
