With all these road games as of late, The Rail Event Center is
quickly becoming Real Salt Lake’s home away from home! And that will be
the case again this Saturday, when the downtown SLC spot (located at
235 N. 500 West) will host the Official RSL Watch Party for the big
playoff rematch against the Columbus Crew, with doors opening at 4:45 p.m. for the 5:30 kickoff.
More than 200 people attended each of the first two viewing parties at
The Rail, so word has obviously spread that it’s the place to join up
with your fellow Claret-and-Cobalt crazies to take in all the action
when RSL is on the road.
As has been the case with the first two shindigs at The Rail, if you
show up wearing RSL gear you get in free, as do all children age
12-and-under … those that aren’t donning a Claret-and-Cobalt item will
have to pay a $3.00 fee at the door. And The Rail has room for tons of
RSL fans – and is friendly to those of all ages, as it includes an
alcohol-free family area and has nearly 50 plasma screens to watch all
the action on.
